The supervisor-supervisee relationship is an interaction relationship, in which there is openness and trust on both sides. Clinical Social Work supervision is an ongoing and evolving process which aims to strike a balance between developing Social Work and Clinical skills into your individual voice, while understanding and mastering the administrative components of Social Work; all the while preparing for your eventual LCSW exam and foray into the practice of Clinical Social Work.
I offer Clinical Social Work Supervision that is designed to enhance your clinical and professional skills, knowledge, and attitudes in order to achieve competency in your Social Work identity and in providing quality clinical care.
