In working with you, we will use in array of treatment modalities and different approaches given your needs. Using these therapeutic interventions, I have been able to help provide my clients with the psycho-education, thought restructuring, mindfulness, positive healthy coping skills, and a private, confidential environment where you will feel comfortable discussing your most intimate and personal issues.
