I have experience working with individuals, couples and families to help them identify and understand how past and present obstacles are hindering their personal growth and satisfaction. I work with individuals struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, suicide, trauma and abuse, and addiction. I work with families and couples to improve their relationship through effective communication skills and through identifying and addressing patterns of relating that create distance and hinder intimacy.
I follow a person-centered, collaborative approach which respects your values, goals and direction in the therapy process. I incorporate Mindfulness, Cognitive and Dialectical behavioral therapies as well as psychodynamic therapy to facilitate healing and wellbeing.
