At the Laurence E. Schmidt Center, we deal with a wide range of issues from relationship conflicts, to depression/anxiety and addiction. Although our primary focus is church professionals and their families, we provide services to the general public. The Laurence Schmidt Center is a ministry of Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home & Family Services.

A pastor for nearly 20 years, I elected to continue my education and become a licensed psychotherapist. Our center recognizes the variety of issues we face and the shortage of safe places to find restoration and wholeness. We are a center for all people, where everyone can find hope and healing.

Our primary location is in the heart of Little Rock on North University Avenue. We also have a satellite office in El Dorado (South Arkansas), 2 blocks from the downtown square. Both locations are set up for maximum privacy and confidentiality
