I strive to create a safe, compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can begin to understand, explore and realize your goals. Each individual brings something unique to a therapy experience and I will work with you, collaboratively, to determine the most effective way to meet your needs.

I have completed postgraduate fellowships in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have worked in residential, partial hospital and outpatient settings and have extensive experience treating eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depression and borderline personality disorder.
