have over twenty years of experience working with individuals,couples and families who are seeking a healthier emotional life. The primary focus of my interventions includes improving communication, reducing anxiety,and depressive feelings,as well as overcoming the challanges and symptoms associated with mental health disorders.

I am a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, with Certification in New York and New Jersey. And I also hold the certification of The National Academy of Certified Social Workers,ACSW. I graduated from Fordham University in New York City in 1987, and have been practicing in Florida since 1993.

I am culturally sensitive, and fully bi-lingual/bi-cultural, in both English and Spanish. Miami has been, and continues to be a diverse and transient population. Some of the issues affecting my patients are impacted by processes of adjustment and acculturation.
