I have been working in the field of Social Work for the past 10 years with an emphasis on therapeutic services for mental health. I worked in community mental health for 6 years, and am currently working as a therapist in adult corrections. My past experience includes facilitating intensive group therapy services, individual and couples therapy, and psycho-eduational groups for adults and children. I am passionate about supporting and mentoring other social workers who are working towards clinical licensure. I believe in a holistic approach to therapy and encourage the focus on overall wellness and self care.
