My primary supervisory style is reflective, insight- and feelings-oriented. In my own personal development as a trainee, I would often look for neatly-packaged answers from my supervisor but grew in confidence and skill when I was guided to find the answers for myself.

I have experience providing supervisory services in the areas of: adult private practice, community mental health, child and family therapy, couples therapy, child welfare, and DMH-contracted facility.
