I have been training and supervising social workers in psychotherapy since 1994, am a licensed SW supervisor, and offer both individual and group supervision. I approach my work with a heart of compassion and courage. I treat a wide range of adult mental health issues with a specialization in eating disorders. My style is eclectic, creative, and well grounded in extensive experience and advanced professional training which includes psychoanalytic and depth psychology, CBT, DBT and ACT skills, mindfulness and meditation, mind-body and experiential techniques, addictions and 12 step work, trauma recovery including sexual and physical abuse survivors, couples counseling, and group psychotherapy.
