Dr. Mercier is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and life coach. His areas of specialization include Human Relationship Systems and fatherhood. Dr. Mercier completed his doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Nova Southeastern University where his research focused on black fathers as primary caregivers. He is a qualified supervisor in Florida for Clinical Social Work, Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. In the years he’s been in practice, his goal has been to help people do three things.

3. Enhance the quality of their relationships.

Dr. Mercier realizes that people are more than the sum of their problems and utilizes his practice to explore their strengths to reach their desired goals. For his work, Dr. Mercier has been featured on television and radio discussing marriage, parenting, families, and other topics. He lives with his family in Fort Lauderdale, FL and in his free time enjoys traveling and playing electric bass.
