Heather Daley

Clinical Social Work-Therapist

work is centered around supporting women that are in the midst of a major life transition i.e. motherhood, divorce, relocation, career change, caregiving, grief and loss or role shift. My purpose is to allow a gentle space for you to experience your own voice openly and honestly by assisting the development, recognition and expression of your unique strength and resilience both in our therapeutic relationship and your personal relationships during this time of change.

My intention is to support women looking to expand and grow emotionally and creatively. I offer a nurturing process involving discovery of your "authentic self" using self exploration, artistic expression, guidance with the support of mind/body awareness in a safe, empowering environment.

My practice focuses on the importance of connection with ourselves, others and our bodies. I am passionate about working with women that want to rediscover their true purpose and passion in this life. Positive female connections are key to this discovery.
