"Several members of my close family have had very serious health complications such as diverticulitis, cardiac related illness, obesity and diabetes. These instances have resulted in debilitating symptoms that have prevented a normal level of daily functioning including the ability to work, walk around outside, or to even get around their own house unassisted. There has been one common factor between them all and that has been diet.
My life experience compliments my professional training and provides me with the insight and real world knowledge that I need to best guide my clients in the transition to a new life(style).
