I find that respect, genuineness, support and empathy are at the heart of my Psychotherapy practice.I feel that successful therapy is a collaboration between you and I, and is motivated by your needs. Regadless of your goals I can support you in your process. Some people desire to solve an immediate problem, others desire long term depth work. I can be your guide in either type of work. At times we can feel overwhelmed and not know where to turn, a kind, non judgmental, insightful,skilled therapist can help.When we experience challenges we can all benefit from support.

My work with people is holistic in nature. Meaning I look at the entire person, their psychological, emotional , and spiritual needs in therapy. I am continually accessing new information in the field helping my clients to make progress quickly. Change that is lasting for them.

I also teach a variety of college psychology courses such as Child Development, Human Growth and Development and others which keeps me aware of current reseach in the field. WEEKEND AND EVENING APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILA
