Deborah Whalen

My philosophy is born out of 15 years of experience and is an amalgamation of the extensive training I have received. My experience enables me to practice psychotherapy with an immense amount of clinical wisdom that encourages the process to unfold in an intelligent and useful manner. In therapy, you'll be able to focus on yourself and gain new perspectives allowing for exploration of who you are and who you want to be. You might be aware that you don't always take good care of yourself. You know that change is needed but aren't sure how or what to change.

In our work, I'll focus on providing you with the support needed to make important changes. I have expertise in the treatment of eating disorders, body image issues, incest and sexual abuse, sexual addiction as well as all forms of trauma. I also have a speciality working with the LGBTQQ community.
