Clinical Social Work-Therapist
I'm an experienced therapist including twenty years with University of Arkansas. I specialize in working with adults and college students. I see individuals, couples, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, crises of all kinds, self-esteem problems, and sexual dysfunction. I am solution focused and will do my best to help you feel comfortable. My philosophy is that most everyone can use counseling at some point in their lives and that it is often the stronger person who seeks help. I offer a free initial consultation. Most insurance accepted.
Couples are a specialty area as well as individuals. In my work with couples, my goal is to help you fix the problems in your relationship rather than taking sides. Each person will have the opportunity to talk with me individually in complete confidentiality.
I work to be accessible to my clients or potential clients so there is no intermediate person. I am usually available in the mornings for scheduling and have afternoon and evening client hours. Sometimes I am able to offer special appointment times if necessary
