The primary focus of my practice is counseling children and adolescents and their families. However, I recently began expanding the scope of my practice to adults in our community and welcome the opportunity to serve clients of all ages. My therapeutic approach is one of collaboration - where I work together with my clients to set and achieve goals that result in enhanced relationships and an improved quality of life.

I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, groups and families in a variety of settings. During that time, I've found that being flexible, listening to each clients individual needs and adapting my therapeutic approach to suit them is the best way to help them achieve their true potential.

My clinical experience includes work with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce, substance abuse, family issues, school issues and trauma.
