I work with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, chronic medical conditions, life changes/transitions, gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgender difficulties, weight/body image concerns, and stress management. I use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and also Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
